How to Lose Gut Fat Fast With 3 Smart Eating Strategies

Each and everyday I follow a routine. It’s a eating routine which may seem dull and boring to most people, even though it works for me.

I eat seven to eight meals a day and I usually rotate four or five different foods into the rotation.

And today I want to give you three strategies you can try to learn how to lose gut fat.

  • Eat oatmeal in the morning and then a green carbohydrate in the evening. Do not skip carbs! It’s contrary to what you’ll hear a large percentage of the time. You see…I hit a plateau. My gut was lean and the abs were poking through, but I wasn’t at my goal. So I decided to add in some complex carbohydrates and my fat loss exploded. It was amazing how fast the fat poured of my gut.
  • Eat seven to eight times a day. I can hear the gears in your head grinding right now. Here’s what I mean…if you eat an apple and a glass of water two hours after a meal, it counts. Let me give you an idea of my meal plan. Breakfast equals three whole eggs and a bowl of oatmeal. I always plan another meal 2.5 or 3 hours later, usually an apple and a protein bar. Then lunch and a snack two hours after lunch. Now I have four meals digested and the metabolism fully charged. Then I eat dinner and have a snack about 1.5 hours later. And then right before bed, I have another healthy snack like trail mix, nuts or a banana. I’ve found this keeps the hunger pangs at a minimum and the metabolism burning all day and night.
  • Always eat a source of lean protein four times a day. Chicken, fish, turkey and deli roast beef are my favorites. I will even search out buffalo or venison if I  feel a little bored with my meat selection. Four times a day you need a lean source of protein. And it’s not as hard as you think. Just pick up some roast beef or turkey at your favorite deli and chow some down without bread. It’s takes minutes to stop in at a deli and grab a 1/4 pound of your favorite protein source.

Use these three tips and you’ll begin to see your gut shrinking and your pants fitting better.
