The food you toss into your mouth like a bean bag everyday is a direct reflection of your thoughts on health.

Eating McDonalds and nibbling on a bag of crunchy chips everyday probably makes you feel a little “nasty” inside.

To shed stomach fat fast, you need a lifestyle change.

You need to reprogram the circuitry in the brain and make the decision to lose weight.

And the hard part and what pisses people off the most is there is no one else to blame but themselves.

You can’t blame the fast food industry for piling on the soft layers of fat around your midsection, just like smokers can’t blame the big tobacco companies.

It’s a choice you have to make.

The mind has to change in order for the body to change.

Most people believe sit-ups and other ab exercises will help shed stomach fat. They crank out endless reps in the gym until their abs are so sore they can barely laugh.

And this does more harm than good. All it really does is make the belly look bigger from all the muscle they build under the layer of flab.

In order to get rid of your ugly belly fat.

You need a healthy lifestyle, one high in protein and fiber and lower in carbohydrates.

If you have started a healthy lifestyle and failed to keep it up…don’t get down on yourself.
