3 Tips To Start Losing Belly Fat Fast

Losing stomach fat fast is much easier when you understand how to use your bodies fat burning mechanisms properly.

Here’s three tips to get you started.

  1. Pile on the lean proteins…my staple includes….soy burgers, chicken and turkey. And if it sounds to bland for your liking, go ahead and toss in some tasty fish.
  2. Lower your carbohydrate intake for four days and then load up on the fifth day. Then alternate every fourth day. You can’t go without carbohydrates. Their an energy source you need to get through the day. And when you load carbohydrates in an alternating fashion…your body won’t gnaw on your muscle for energy.
  3. Eat healthy snacks…this includes almonds and apples…or some vegetable such as carrots and celery. And toss in some all natural peanut butter and you’ll see the stomach start to shrink in no time.

Most individuals start out with a kick ass attitude towards shredding belly fat.

And most hang in there for awhile and choose the right foods and eat six or seven meals a day.

Suddenly, it becomes a chore to keep eating that many times…and you know…one trip to Taco Bell won’t hurt.

Then before you know it…a piping hot pizza arrives on the door step.

And the pattern continues till the subconscious has it’s way and your back to square one or you quit all together.

It’s a mindset change you’ll have to make to start losing stomach fat fast.

You have to write down the exact amount of weight  you want to lose and then  repeat it aloud everyday when you wake and when you retire for the evening.

It’s has to be a goal and it has to be etched in your memory everyday until the goal is accomplished.
