My sister asked me for some tips to losing belly fat yesterday.

  2. Skip bread – I don’t eat bread…I still gobble up carbs, just in the complex form. Bread is a no-no for me. Even if it’s baked with wholesome goodness. It’s something simple which helps melt fat off my midsection. Some people can get away with it, I don’t even try. If you want to lose belly fat, simply stop knocking down loaves of bread.
